Therapeutic approaches
Therapy is first and foremost a safe space. We choose the method or combination that fits your needs and pace.
Gestalt therapy
Gestalt therapy focuses on the here-and-now and on deepening awareness of your own needs. In our work we learn to notice emotions and bodily signals that we often ignore. This helps to understand what you truly want, rather than acting on autopilot. The approach opens the path to greater authenticity and the ability to build healthy relationships.
Existential therapy
Existential therapy addresses questions of meaning, freedom of choice, and finding ground in uncertainty. Together we explore themes of life and death, love and loss, fear and responsibility. This helps uncover inner resources even in difficult situations where external answers are absent. The approach brings a greater sense of freedom and self-worth — the possibility of living consciously, grounded in yourself rather than in external circumstances.

Payment is due before the session begins.
If you need to reschedule or cancel — please notify me no later than 24 hours in advance. In that case, the prepayment is transferred to another convenient time.
If you notify later, the session is considered to have taken place. This helps preserve time and space for everyone who reaches out.
