Terms of Service

This page describes the principles and terms of our work. Please read before your first session.

Session format

Sessions take place online — via Zoom or Google Meet. The intro session is 50 minutes. Individual sessions are 50 minutes. The recommended frequency is once a week: this helps maintain continuity in the process.

Payment

Payment is due before the session begins. Intro session — €15. Individual session — €30. The payment method is agreed individually.

Cancellation and rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify me no later than 24 hours in advance. In that case, the prepayment is transferred to another convenient time. If notification arrives later or the session does not take place without prior notice, it is considered to have been held and will not be refunded. This helps preserve time and space for everyone who reaches out.

Confidentiality

Everything that happens in a session stays between us. Confidentiality is the foundation of the therapeutic relationship. Exceptions exist only in exceptional circumstances: — if there is a real threat to your safety or the safety of others; — if required by a court order. In such cases, I will, as far as possible, discuss the situation with you before taking any action.

Supervision

As a practising therapist I undergo regular supervision — this is a standard ethical requirement of the profession. In supervision, certain aspects of our work may be discussed in an anonymous form, without disclosing your identity.

Contact between sessions

Between sessions you may write to me via Telegram or email for administrative matters (rescheduling, payment, etc.). For therapeutic topics, the session is the primary and best space for that.

Note-taking

I keep brief working notes after sessions to maintain quality of work. Notes are stored on paper and are not shared with third parties. For more detail on data processing, see the Privacy Policy.

Crisis situations

If a difficult situation arises between sessions — please write to me. I will do my best to respond and help if it is within my capacity. If the situation requires urgent support, please contact: — Crisis helpline: 7333 (free, 24/7) — Emergency medical services: 103 — Your nearest emergency department

Ending therapy

Therapy is a voluntary process. You can end our work at any time. It would be helpful if we could discuss the ending together in a session — this is an important part of the process. I recommend at least one or two closing sessions to reflect on the work and conclude the process mindfully.

Complaints

If you have any feedback or complaints about our work — please first contact me directly via the Contact page. I will take it seriously and respond as quickly as possible.
